ARMOR announced that they are introducing four new families of remanufactured cartridges for laser printers. Each line of cartridges, the newest in ARMOR’s range of products for both mono and colour laser printers, are specialised for a particular brand of printer.

The first group of these new solutions are for the Lexmark C540 or C544 printers, and can also be used in Lexmark’s multifunction printers, such as the X543 or the X548. These cartridges are colour cartridges, with a page yield ranging from 2, 000 pages to 6,000 pages, depending on the type of cartridge and the compatible printer.

The second group of remanufactured cartridges are for the HP Colour LaserJet CP5525, an A3 printer aimed at small to medium-size companies. With the exception of the black ink, with a page yield of 13,500 pages, all these cartridges are predicted to print 15,000 pages.

The next line is aimed at another HP LaserJet printer, the CP5220. This is a smaller A3 printer than the previous one, and as such the yield is in the 7,000 to 7,300-page range. Both the second and third groups of remanufactured cartridges can be used in either of the two mentioned HP printers, however.

Finally, the ARMOR K15587 is designed for use with the Samsung ML 2950. It is a mono printer, and the cartridges have an estimated yield of 1,500 pages. These cartridges can also be used with other Samsung printers such as the SCX 4705 or 4727.

In the next issue of The Recycler, we will publish a table detailing the printers compatible with each set of cartridges.
