Cartridge World Printing Solutions launched after partnership of East Lancashire Cartridge World store and J L Group.
Two local office supplies companies have joined forces in Lancashire, UK, to form a joint venture in order to increase services for customers of the companies.
Cartridge World East Lancashire and Rossendale-based J L Group, a print and office supplies company, have combined their expertise and experience in the ink and toner and commercial printing industry to form Cartridge World Printing Solutions, which will see Cartridge World customers in the area benefit from new services such as letterheads, business cards, leaflets, brochures, booklets and large-format posters.
Commenting on the joint business decision, Darren Turner, owner of the Cartridge World store, said: “It’s great to see two different companies from the area coming together to offer the business and residential community these extra services.”
Don O’Connor, joint Managing Director of J L Group, commented: “When Darren and I first got together to discuss business ideas, it quickly became apparent that we were very like-minded, and it didn’t take long for us to shape our new service offering to Cartridge World’s customers and the wider business and residential community.”
Turner added: “We are both hoping that our collaboration will be successful and our customers will really get some benefit from it. Then, in the future, I’m sure Don and I will sit down and discuss other areas of our businesses were we see possible synergies.”
The Recycler recently reported on another partnership recently entered into by the East Lancashire Cartridge World store, which saw the company join forces with Bury-based computer sales and repair company PC and Laptop Services to offer its customers additional services courtesy of Cartridge World, including a cartridge refilling service.
