Dell introduces new MFPs to South Africa

Dell B1265dfwOEM launches three MFPs and expands its PC portfolio.

ITWeb reports on Dell’s release of the B1165nfw and B1265dfw multifunction printers for the South African market, as the OEM updates its consumer and commercial PC portfolio in the region.

The MFPs are said to provide affordable printing solutions for growing businesses and home users, with print, copy, scan and fax capabilities. The devices also include wireless networking as well as document management software to increase efficiency.

Dell also announced the launch of the B1163w three-in-one MFP, available from August, for the small business and SOHO segment.

At the time of announcing its new printers, Dell said that it has also updated its PC portfolio to improve performance and enhance security for its touch-enabled OptiPlex and XPS laptops and PCs; as well as launching a new 21.5 inch touchscreen monitor, the Touch Monitor S2240T, which it said will improve users’ interaction with applications on their PC.
