US remanufacturer expands telecommunications business and diversifies market segments with recent acquisition.
Clover Holdings, Inc. announced that it has acquired communications network solutions provider American Communications as the company looks to expand in the telecommunications field, which it states already includes brands such as ValuTech, Clover Wireless, Full Circle Wireless, YouRenew and The Wireless Source, which was awarded ‘Global Trader of the Year’ by Automation Alley in 2011.
American Communications supplies new and used telecommunications hardware to carriers, service providers, enterprise clients, end users and resellers around the world; servicing central offices, data centres and wireless base stations and offering managed services focused on furnishing equipment and materials, staging and delivery, asset recovery, repair and testing, assembly and integration for communications networks infrastructure.
