MSE has announced that it has been granted its 24th patent, with its latest patent covering a seal and method that enables the ‘toner out’ warning to function correctly when using MSE remanufactured cartridges for HP 9000 (43X).

MSE stated that it “takes great pride in the development of technologies and processes that have advanced the reputation of the aftermarket in the last two decades”.

Commenting on the company’s 24th patent, Luke Goldberg, Senior Vice President at MSE, said: “MSE has multiple technologies and patents surrounding the 43X that have enabled us to provide a quality OEM alternative to one of the most challenging cartridges in market history. Our expertise on this type of cartridge is now scalable, so that MSE is now well positioned should future models employ similar technological barriers.”
