The Performance toners are designed for use in the OEM’s imageRUNNER ADVANCE machines. 
The toner, in the company’s Performance product range, is intended for use in Canon’s imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5030 and C5240 machines, and is, according to Katun, set to help dealers “improve profitability and overall competitiveness”.
The company added that the toners have been “developed and rigorously tested to match OEM toner performance” in terms of print quality, colour reproduction and yields, with customers said to be “benefit[ting] from cost savings without sacrificing print performance”.
The toners are both forward and reverse compatible with the OEM toners, and can be “easily install[ed]” by end users “alongside [or] after OEM toner has been used, without degradation of print/copy quality”.
