ECi hires new Vice President of Global Customer Service

ecilogoJoAnne Ravielli joins the software technology provider to build customer service quality. 

Ravielli will focus on “creating and leading” the company’s Centre of Excellence for Global Customer Service, helping the many companies under ECi Software Solutions’ banner, including FMAudit, to “develop a world-class customer service organisation that effectively satisfies customers and enhances ECi’s ‘customer first’ culture”.

Prior to joining ECi as the newVice President of Global Customer Service, Ravielli worked for Dell as a Services Executive responsible for “creating the service and support product offerings”, as well as “building a service organisation to support Dell’s suite of SaaS business applications for the SMB market”. Before Dell, she worked for software development and delivery companies including Blackboard Inc., InfusionSoft, Quest and Open Text in customer and professional services leadership roles.

Ravielli stated: “I am very excited to join ECi. This position affords me the opportunity to do what I love—help entrepreneurs manage and grow their businesses utilising technology geared towards their particular industry.”

FMAudit, which creates monitoring software for printers in MPS and MDS programmes, and one of ECi’s subsidiary companies, recently announced that it monitors over four million printers worldwide.
