The largest manufacturer of aftermarket imaging systems and components released a variety of products for HP, Brother, Xerox, Dell and Samsung printers.

The products include replacement hoppers, OPC drums, toner, doctor blades, developer rollers and other components. Two products include two options to create 30,000 page jumbo remanufactured cartridges for HP’s Laserjet P4014, 4015 and 4515 printers, yielding 6,000 pages more than HP’s stated yield, which Static Control states is a “huge advantage for MPS businesses”.

To create these cartridges, remanufacturers can use the CC364XX or CE390X empty cartridges, and “either replace the complete toner hopper” with Static’s empty jumbo hopper (HP4515EMPTY), or “just the top of the OEM toner hopper” with its toner hopper cover (HP4515HCOVER), with the complete toner hopper “pre-sealed”, saving remanufacturers and technicians “time and labour”.

Other products released by Static Control in the past month include replacement Odyssey OPC drums for cartridges used in Brother’s HL-4150 and 4570 printers, as well as for cartridges used in Xerox’s Phaser 4510 and other related machines.

A full line of replacement colour toner for use in low and high-yield Dell cartridges has also been released, for cartridges used in the OEM’s 1250, 1350, 1355, C1769 and C1765 machines. The cartridges have “no internal components to replace”, so only toner and chips are needed to “properly remanufacture these cartridges”, with Static having released the chips for these cartridges “earlier this year”.

Finally, a number of products were released for the remanufacturing of Samsung cartridges, including a replacement doctor blade for Samsung’s CLT-407 cartridges, a developer roller for Samsung’s ML-2540 printer’s cartridges, a replacement developer roller for MLT-D205 Samsung cartridges, and a replacement doctor blade for cartridges used in Samsung’s ML-3560, 3561 and other related machines.

In addition, a replacement developer roller and doctor blade were also made available for Samsung’s MLT-D101 cartridges, which Static notes now “finish[es] the complete system offering for these popular cartridges. When used together, Static Control’s complete system provides darker prints than the OEM. Previously released items include toner, OPC drum[s], chips and wiper blade[s]”. A full list of product codes can be found in issue 251 of The Recycler.
