AQC Group release new replacement Kyocera toner and chip combination

aqckyoceraThe toner manufacturer has released a new toner to work in the Kyocera models; and replacement chips to ensure the appropriate toner depletion levels are reported.

AQC Group UK has released a new toner for the use within Kyocera TK-3100, 3110 and 3130 cartridges. The new toner has been approved for use in Kyocera’s FS-2100, FS4100, FS-4200 and FS-4300 range of monochrome black machines.

On testing the toner, AQC found “that the transition from the OEM to the replacement toner was seamless with no drop of in quality”. This becomes a “great benefit” as there is usually some of the previous toner left in the print system, which would require flushing to remove it.

With the AQC replacement Kyocera toner, “excess paper, toner and energy waste can be avoided”. Further testing of the replacement toner revealed a “higher average” ID (image density) than the OEM across the entire print cycle of the cartridge.

AQC Group has also released replacement chips, which have been tested to ensure appropriate toner depletion levels are reported, thus “retaining full working capabilities of the original cartridge”.

The new toners are available in a 1Kg AQC foil bag to utilise across all the above machines and a 20Kg bulk outer packaging (two x 10Kg bags), which are ready for immediate dispatch.
