Opening of second store in region announced as cartridge franchise grows in south-west Germany.
O2elf reports on the expansion of Cartridge World Germany in the Wiesbaden region of the country as the franchise commits to generating further capital in the region, with a store already established for 10 years in Mainz and another store recently opened in Wiesbaden.
Carsten Edelmeier, CEO of Cartridge World Germany, commented: “We are pleased that we have now almost passed 20 stores in the south-west of Germany, one of the strongest economic regions in the country.”
He added: “Certainly, we will in future open more stores in the region. The customers here know the quality of our products [and] appreciate and reward the high level of service.”
Owner of the new Wiesbaden store, Giuseppe Fonte, explained his reasons for opening the store: “With Cartridge World, I invested in a franchise system that supports the partners from the outset and [is] optimally prepared for the market. [That is] how [it is] the market leader in the recycling of ink and toner cartridges.” He added that the store “is certainly not my last shop in the area”.
Meanwhile, Michael Marny, who opened Cartridge World’s Mainz store in 2003, said: “We have done everything right with the opening 10 years ago,” with the 50 year-old now currently employing four members of staff. According to the article, Marny also attends night classes as a freelance lecturer in business administration “because he sees further potential in the field of commercial customers in Mainz”.
Edelmeier added: “After our Cologne anniversary in August this year, we feel almost at home on the Rhine with the three stores in Wiesbaden and Mainz.”
