Laptop and PC users can benefit from the cartridge franchise’s IT Lifesaver service.
Cartridge World East Lancashire has announced that it is extending its service to provide online remote support for laptop and computer users through it IT Lifesaver service, which will be available to all residential and small business customers of the franchise.
IT Lifesaver will cover a number of different levels of service, from a bronze 100GB cloud back-up service for £2.99 ($4.84/€3.56) a month to a business platinum service that will provide small businesses with “everything from back-up right through to proactive servicing and software installations”.
Co-owner of Cartridge World’s East Lancashire franchise, Darren Turner, commented: “Normally, computer support contracts are restricted by certain time constraints and require someone to visit your home or business premise. This is where IT Lifesaver is different, as IT Lifesaver operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year and is available through the click of an icon on your desktop.”
Turner added: “Once you have made that initial connection to one of our support technicians, you can either leave them to it and go and make a drink, or you can watch and learn what they do. IT Lifesaver offers real benefits, you can connect when it’s convenient for you, our technicians can actually show you how to do something if you are unsure and it is very secure, as you can see everything that is going on in real time.”
The Recycler has recently reported on the launch of Cartridge World East Lancashire’s office bureau service, which offers office services such as printing, scanning and faxing to local residents and businesses from the Cartridge World stores as an extension of the franchise’s ‘Sprintwise’ print management solution.
