Small and medium-sized MPS providers to benefit from Nubeprint’s ZERO.V2 dashboard.
Nubeprint has announced the launch of a new version of its MPS ZERO system to address the needs of small and medium-sized dealers, with the company stating that the move is the “first step” towards its “make easy the complex” strategy.
Keeping the original features and quality of MPS ZERO, such as “control of wasted toner” when a cartridge is replaced too early, “control of availability of devices”, and PrinterCloud, which enables access to the most recent status of a printer and its delivered services with one click; the new ZERO.V2 version includes a “Scorecard” allowing dealers to identify when there are signs of potential faults “at a glance”, for example technical alerts, paper jams, printing activity trends and monitoring rates. Consultancy services are also incorporated in ZERO.V2, such as the automatic detection of devices that need to be replaced.
Nubeprint added that ZERO.V2 simplifies the process of generating a proposal, explaining that “in just a few days” the system automatically provides a forecast of the volume of print-outs and supplies each customer will generate with their current printers and copiers, and which devices should be replaced.
The system is also designed to encourage customers to be sustainable, with “complex algorithms” in place to measure how environmentally friendly they are being in managing their print devices, helping to guide them in reducing their environmental footprint.
Nubeprint ZERO is available at a cost of $400 (€300) and can be acquired through Nubeprint’s website.
