Susie Mendelssohn promoted and assigned additional responsibilities by California-based ink manufacturer.

INX Digital has announced that its International Marketing Manager, Susie Mendelssohn, has been promoted to the role of North American Sales Manager, with her duties including directing efforts to expand the channel distribution programme through the signs and graphics market by working with traditional type distributors looking to transition to digital printing. She will also manage the direct sales channel for larger customers, and will continue to be based in San Leandro, California.

Mendelssohn has worked for INX Digital for 14 years after graduating from Texas A&M University. She began her career as an international customer service manager at the company, then known as Triangle Digital INX Co.; and was named International Marketing Manager in 2009, handling all marketing efforts for the digital side of the business both in the US and overseas.

Commenting on her new role, Mendelssohn said: “For our company to grow exponentially, we need to find new channels within traditional printing and on the industrial side of the business. This is a tremendous opportunity and I’m looking forward to the challenge.

“We have built a very good reputation in the industry with outstanding products that meet today’s demands. Our customers are very loyal, perhaps due to the level of communication we have with them. We respect their feedback and in turn, they respond to the products we develop for them.”
