The LaserJet Pro 400 M435nw and Enterprise M800 machines will offer A3 printing to Indian businesses, whilst a new MPS programme is now available to Indian businesses.

Business Standard reported on the launch of the machines, which were released in an attempt “to widen the mobile printing [market] in India” by the OEM.

The three machines include the LaserJet Pro 400 M435nw and the LaserJet Enterprise M800 series’ MFP M830z and M880z, which are monochrome and colour respectively. All three machines come with near-field communications (NFC) technology built-in, as well as wireless connectivity. The M345nw in particular is set to “bring in affordable A3 printing” for India’s SMBs (small and medium businesses), with mobile printing and high print speeds of 30ppm added features.

The OEM has also launched its Managed Print Specialist Resell programme, which is a “partner-managed” print services scheme that “would allow [Indian customers] to access HP’s MFP innovations and other services”. The scheme will offer customers a cost-per-page agreement as well as maintenance services, with the OEM noting that medium-sized businesses “are looking for an operational expenditure model instead of the capital expenditure to reduce cost[s] [of] printing”.

The LaserJet Pro 400 M435nw are available at Rs 63,750 ($1,037/€759), and the Enterprise M830z and M880z are available for between Rs 701,553 ($11,418/€8,354) and Rs 709,164 ($11,542/€8,444).
