Ivan Montero joins the company’s sales department after six years of industry experience.
Static Control, the largest manufacturer of aftermarket imaging systems and components, has announced that it has named Ivan Montero as its new Business Development Manager for the Iberia region, with his role to be based in Hamburg, Germany following an initial period at Static Control’s world headquarters in the USA.
Montero’s new role follows six years of industry experience, after having previously worked as an Account Executive for Delacamp, serving customers in Spain and Portugal and developing a “thorough” knowledge of the Iberian market. He is also able to speak Spanish, Portuguese and German.
Commenting on his career move, Montero said: “I visited the facilities of Static Control in Sanford, North Carolina, which made a very positive impression on me. Following the experience of seeing our products actually developed and manufactured first-hand, I feel hugely encouraged about the long-term future of Static Control and of the remanufacturing industry.
“It is clearly a very interesting professional challenge, knowing that with the development of high quality components from Static Control, together with the support of its Technical and Engineering teams, we can provide the best solutions to customers in the Iberian region.”
Meanwhile Ken Lalley, Sales Director at Static Control, commented: “Static Control is committed to our industry and will continue to invest in its future and our own. This investment applies not just to our global operations but also to our personnel, which includes exceptional talent like Ivan, allowing us to provide the best possible service to our customers, and continue growing business.”
