Loffler Companies has bought Minnesota-based Cartridge Care to expand its MPS offerings.

Consumer Electronics Net reported on the acquisition, which sees MPS dealer and provider Loffler Companies take control of Cartridge Care, based in Roseville, which sells remanufactured and new cartridges to consumers.
Loffler, which says it is one of the “top 15” Canon and Konica Minolta dealers in the USA for sales, offers MPS to companies in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, and added that it “welcomes Cartridge Care’s tenured sales and service professionals to its team”, and that the additional staff will help it “provide a wide-range of office technology and services offerings”.
