The filter manufacturer’s Microprint range has been “optimised for both strength and flow”.
The new inkjet capsule filter range, the company notes, “has been designed to ensure excellent particle retention through the use of pleated polymer filter packs”, which together with a “porous polypropylene core” allows the filter to “provide an impermeable barrier to foreign particles”, which means the filters “provide superior results on all printer platforms they are installed on”.
The manufacturer previously released an earlier version of the Microprint capsule filter as well as a previous inkjet filter offering high capacity, with the new one said to have been “optimised” for strength and flow by combining Inprinta’s Microcap capsules with a “newly-engineered dual stage filter system” that enables fluid to “flow with minimum resistance”.
The combination of the “strongest capsules on the market” with the new filters “gives the benefit of a low pressure drop across the filter path”, Inprinta noted, which in turn “ensur[es] the smooth running of your inkjet printer at all times”. The filter is reportedly able to retain particles ranging in size from 0.5 microns to 100 microns, and is designed for use in “all areas” of the inkjet market, including coding, textile, UV and graphics.
Inprinta added: “This addition to the Inprinta range of inkjet filters expands the company’s portfolio of products for the inkjet market sector. With a range of filters designed specifically for the inkjet market, it makes changing to Inprinta as simple as possible, whilst maintaining maximum printer performance.”
