The Kuala Lumpur-based toner manufacturer is looking for R&D and Sales Managers.
The two job adverts, on JobStreet, which can be viewed here and here, are for a Research and Development Manager and Sales Manager respectively, and follow the company’s advertisement earlier this year for a Finance Manager.
The Research and Development Manager role includes such responsibilities as “spearhead[ing]” the research and development for the company, as well as overseeing and ensuring that “all raw materials” and products are “conformed” to standards. The role also requires the manager to investigate quality complaints, control laboratory expenses, maintain project documents, “achieve cost saving[s]” through product design, and “establish and identify” new products.
The Sales Manager role meanwhile includes “develop[ing] and execut[ing] sales strategies” to “increase market share and revenue”, as well as developing marketing plans, updating and collating customer databases, assisting in business development, analysing markets and sales figures, producing product launch materials and dealing with customer complaints.
The company opened a new production facility for its toner in June this year, and in 2012 announced an 83 percent decrease in earnings for the first half of the year.
