The cartridge recycler has been shortlisted by the Partners in Fundraising Awards 2013.
The shortlisting is for the Most Committed Company to the Sector category, which the company states is an “exciting addition” to its recent and ongoing celebration of passing £3 million ($4.9 million/€3.6 million) in donations to UK charities. The voting closes on 6 December 2013, with the awards due to be given out in early 2014.
The awards are a “celebration of the contribution of partners and suppliers who work with the fundraising sector”, with nominations shortlisted by the Institute of Fundraising’s panel of “impartial and expert judges”, who The Recycling Factory noted are “asking members of the institute […] to use their expertise and experience to single out the truly great partners in fundraising”.
Donna Wingfield, Business Development Manager for The Recycling Factory, stated: “We are absolutely ecstatic about the news. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service which is completely free of charge to our charity partners – and it’s fantastic to receive such recognition.
“The nomination is the icing on the cake after just reaching the incredible milestone of raising over three million pounds for our charity partners.” The company recently announced a partnership with the UK’s National Deaf Children’s Society.
