The S9000 range will be available only to HP MPS and Partner MPS customers.
The new range of machines are said to have been designed to “help reduce costs for organisations with high-volume print, copy and scan needs”, with integrated fleet management, security and document workflow features aiding MPS and Partner MPS customers in “simplify[ing] IT management”.
The machines will be “delivered exclusively” as part of HP’s MPS and Partner MPS programmes, with the OEM stating that the features within the machines provide customers with “guidance to optimise, manage and improve their printing assets” through the “unified, single-vendor HP fleet”.
Machines in the range include one monochrome MFP, the S956dn, and three colour MFPs, the S962dn, S951dn and S970dn, with print speeds ranging from 51 to 70ppm and paper capacities from 1,100 to 8,600 sheets. The devices also include finishing solutions such as stapling, saddle stitching and booklet making, and contain business printing solutions software and applications.
Pradeep Jotwani, Senior Vice President at HP’s LaserJet and Enterprise Solutions, stated: “Our enterprise and mid-market customers continually look to HP and its partners to securely and efficiently manage their printing and document management processes.
“The new HP S900 Series MFPs coupled with HP’s print solutions increase the choice and flexibility offered through our HP Managed Print Services engagements. In turn, customers are able to unify their print environments with one vendor to reduce costs, improve workflow and increase productivity.”
