David_CameronDavid Cameron joined South Korean ambassador in opening new InkTec facility in Witney, UK.

Oxford Mail reported that Cameron and Lim Sungnam, South Korean ambassador for the UK, officially opened InkTec’s new printing technology facility on 21 February in Witney – the Prime Minister’s constituency and the base of The Recycler.

South Korean InkTec is a manufacturer of inkjet ink and media for large-format printers, and has been in the UK since 2006.

Commenting on the new facility, Cameron said: “Britain and South Korea may be on different sides of the world but we have many shared values and I am proud of our long-standing relationship.

“That is why it is wonderful to see this Korean investment in Britain and I was delighted to open InkTec’s new demo suite in Witney. I look forward to seeing this company go from strength to strength in the coming months and years.”

Dongsoo Kim, Managing Director of InkTec Europe, said: “As we move out of recession, we recognise that our customers want printers that are of a high standard and build, yet are low cost to run. The demo suite will be a place to share with re-sellers and customers the value of our products.”
