Darren Turner’s stores will offer free delivery and a reward for recommending friends to its ‘Infinity’ programme.

Turner’s franchise site for Accrington, England, discussed both his franchises’ “enhanced service” for business customers and its “recommend a friend” initiative for the ‘Infinity’ programme, which was launched in November last year.

Turner noted that the enhanced service for business customers specifically focuses on the “delivery service levels” that his three stores in Rawtenstall, Accrington and Blackburn offer customers, with all orders placed before 11am on a working day delivered for free that day “as long as the items are stock”, and orders placed after that point will be delivered free the next day if stock levels permit.

He noted that items that are not immediately in stock, including stationery, office supplies and some printers or cartridges, “will be transferred from other Cartridge World warehouses and normally delivered the next working day for free”. More urgent delivery options “are available” for a small fee.

Turner stated: “I am extremely pleased that we can offer our existing customers an enhanced delivery service. We have recently changed our internal business infrastructure, so we can offer our business customers a much better all-round experience, which includes an enhanced delivery service, [and] a much closer account management system.

“Over the coming weeks and months, our customers should start to see a real difference, which will enable us to get much closer to our customers and understand their real needs and requirements.”

Turner’s ‘Infinity’ inkjet programme meanwhile now allows for users to recommend a friend and receive the service for a month for free, with his site noting that “all you need to do is recommend a friend” and that a free month will be added once the recommendation “has signed up”. Additionally, “there is no cap on the number” of recommendations, so if 12 are recommended and sign up, the recommender gets a year’s free access to the service.
