Brother UK Managing Director Phil Jones
New team of non-statutory directors aimed to shape OEM’s transition into services and solutions provider.
OPI reported that Brother UK has selected a new leadership team of four non-statutory directors, all of whom have been “promoted from within the company” and will report to the Managing Director of Brother UK, Phil Jones.
The leadership team consists of Louise Marshall as Director of Infrastructure and Shared Services; Dave Peters as Director of Development and Strategy; Keith Howe as Director of Supply Chain and Service; and Andy Forsyth as Sales and Marketing Director.
The aim of the leadership team will be to shape Brother UK’s transition into a services and solutions provider, with Jones explaining: “This new structure signals the four major functions designed to support the business as we expand our offer to include solutions and services across our portfolio. We recognise that the future success of our business is very much down to the quality of talent we attract and retain, plus our relevancy with customers.”
