MPS software provider’s Zero Click MPS service selected as technology supplier to Cartridge World UK’s franchisee program.
Nubeprint has announced that Cartridge World UK has selected its Zero Click MPS service as the preferred technology supplier to support its recently launched Print Manager franchisee program; with the deal coming after Cartridge World North America also selected the Zero Click MPS service to support its Print Manager program in March.
Mike Hemming, Quality Assurance Manager at Cartridge World UK, explained the company’s reasons for choosing Zero Click: “We invested significant time and resources into finding the right technology partner for our MPS program. The positive experience in North America motivated us to launch the program in the United Kingdom.
“Quality is very important for us. Only Nubeprint met our requirements in terms of accuracy for the automation and the elimination of redundant alerts. Automatic order fulfilment and remote management of our customer’s printer supplies are the first value-added services our franchisees will soon provide. The deployment of CW Print Manager will support our commitment of first in class service, and move closer to a cost-per-page program in the future.”
