Rethink Recycling goes into liquidation

Jun 12, 2014

TRETHINK LOGO CMYK (web)he remanufacturer was formerly part of Redeem.

The company was listed as “in liquidation” on the UK database for registered companies, Companies House, under its registered name Rethink Europe Ltd. Rethink Recycling, a cartridge recycler and remanufacturer, was previously part of Redeem until it rebranded in October 2012.

At the time, the new company stated it would be “rethinking conventional cartridge recycling and trading”, adding that it had the goal of becoming “the largest recycler and remanufacturer in Europe”, and “will be bigger, brighter and greener” by offering “the very best environmental, economic and social solutions”.

The Recycler understands that the business has now been transferred to CTR (Corporate Technology Reuse) Europe. Rethink Recycling had recently attended the UKCRA AGM last month. CTR has now become a member of UKCRA.
