Cartridge World Office Supplies’ programme is said to be saving customers thousands of pounds.

The Infinity programme, set up in November 2013 by the East Lancashire franchise network in England, offers businesses and institutions with “a maintained wireless multifunction business inkjet printer” and “unlimited ink” for a set monthly payment.

The service, which has expanded to include educational centres such as schools, is said by the East Lancashire franchise to be “saving […] thousands each year in printing costs”, with a number of customers discussing savings gained from signing up.

Accrington-based coach company Moving People asked for a free assessment of the printers required in its business, with Cartridge World finding “they could make some significant savings” with the Infinity programme, and the company’s Operations Manager, Steve Whittle, stated that “we are saving over £1,000 ($1,702/€1,248) each year, it’s so simple”, as “everything’s included […] we just pay a low fixed monthly fee […] and leave the rest to Cartridge World”.

In turn, Darwen-based children’s nursery Les Enfants, which was “spending a small fortune on ink cartridges and forever buying new replacement printers”, is saving “over £500 ($851/€624) each year” as part of the programme, with Owner Janet Skinner adding that “it’s a fantastic idea and service […] we never have to buy another printer again […] if it breaks, Cartridge World just fix or replace it, at no extra cost”.

Colne-based car dealership West Riding Hyundai, which previously signed up to the Infinity programme, noted it was saving £5,000 ($8,511/€6,241) a year, with the dealership’s Nick Wright stating: “We run a highly successful business. Printing, whether it’s for sales, accounting, marketing or the service department, is essential to our business. Like most organisations that must make a profit to survive, we keep a keen eye on costs.

“But completing a printer audit hadn’t even entered onto our radar. We’ve now got improved printing, at a lower cost and thanks to the printing schemes supplied by Darren and his team at Cartridge World Office Supplies, if anything goes wrong with a printer – that’s covered too!”
