Customers to be rewarded with free Infinity service for a number of months if they pay up-front.
The Cartridge World East Lancashire franchise, which launched its ‘Infinity’ service last year, has announced an incentive scheme that will allow customers who agree to pay for their Infinity package up-front to receive the service free “for a set number of months”.
The number of free months will depend on the length of the customer’s agreement, so for example if they sign up for a 12-month agreement and pay up-front, they will get one month free; whereas if they pay for a three-year agreement they will get six months free.
Commenting on the scheme, Darren Turner, Owner of the Cartridge World franchise, said: “We believe that there is nothing else like this out in the UK market place today. Not only can you get a fully maintained wireless multifunction printer with unlimited ink for a low fixed monthly fee, we will actually give you one or six months free if you pay up-front for the service.”
Since its original launch in November last year, the Infinity service has been expanded to business users as well as local schools; with The Recycler also reporting that it would be piloted at a further 10 Cartridge World stores across the UK, with the expectation of a nationwide rollout of the service in 2014.
