East Lancashire-based franchise launches service to help business customers reduce printing costs.
In order to tackle the difficulty some businesses have in controlling printing costs, Cartridge World Office Supplies & Printing Solutions in East Lancashire has launched a new fixed monthly fee subscription-based laser printing service for its business customers which will “flat line printing costs, take care of support and/or maintenance requirements, fund investment for any required technology and deliver cartridges when and where needed”.
Darren Turner is the Owner of Cartridge World Office Supplies & Printing Solutions, which has three stores in Rawtenstall, Accrington and Blackburn. He said that he wanted to “develop a very simple laser printing service, which will solve the problems that our customers are experiencing”.
The service is particularly designed to serve SMBs, primary schools, charities and other similar organisations that “don’t have the same resources as larger corporate companies” and so “are really starting to struggle” with managing printing systems that are becoming “more complex and expensive to own and operate”.
Turner explained: “The new service has three clear offerings. The first is purely, a cartridge supply service, delivered when and where you need it, at an agreed low fixed monthly fee. Next, we will maintain and support your existing printers, and also provide a cartridge supply service for them, again, all for a low fixed monthly fee. Finally, we will provide a complete service that includes providing and installing the required printing technology, maintaining and supporting it, whilst also providing a cartridge supply service, all of which will be wrapped up in to one fixed competitively priced monthly fee.”
