The largest manufacturer of aftermarket imaging systems and components has released over 15 new products and expanded the COLORCONTROL product range.
The company stated that the 15 new products are designed for use in over 200 printers, with the expanded COLORCONTROL range of replacement imaging systems now including cartridges used in HP’s Colour LaserJet Pro M476 machines. The new replacement imaging system for the M476 machine is, according to Static Control, representative of the COLORCONTROL brand being the “only true integrated systems for remanufacturing colour cartridges in the imaging aftermarket”.
The first of the 15 other products released this month is an Odyssey magnetic developer roller for use in cartridges for the HP 4555 printer range, and Static Control stated that remanufacturers “can build extended yield and max fill cartridges without concern over mag wear” as the roller “was manufactured using the latest in Static Control technologies, and is the most durable available to the aftermarket”.
An Odyssey OPC drum with gears and a fuse and resistor set were launched for use in Samsung’s CLT-R406 units, with the unit separate from the toner cartridges in this range, meaning that when replacing the drum, “a new fuse and resistor are required in order to reset the drum”. Additionally, another Odyssey OPC drum with gears was released for use in Brother’s HL-5140 cartridges.
Static Control also produced a replacement end plate, flag gear, hopper cap and shipping protector for use in Brother’s HL-1110 toner cartridges, a replacement shipping protector and hopper cap for Samsung’s MLT-D203 cartridges, and two replacement chips. One of the chips is for use in HP’s 711 inkjet cartridges and features Static Control’s “patented ink gauge technology”, and the other is a regional chip for Australia and New Zealand for use in Dell’s B2375 cartridges.
The company added of the “extended yield” chips that, combined with 370g of universal toner produced by Static Control, they provide “accurate reporting for 13,000 pages”, which is a “full 3,000 more than the OEM’s high yield cartridge”.
