The Centre for Remanufacturing and Reuse (CRR) will be investigating remanufacturing in Scotland.
The CRR reported the news that it has been commissioned by Zero Waste Scotland to “investigate the size of the remanufacturing industry” in Scotland, as well as “identify key barriers, enablers and opportunities for the industry” in the country.
The centre also stated that it would “value the opportunity” to talk to companies based in Scotland that “have remanufacturing facilities” in the country, have “non-remanufacturing facilities” in the country or who “would consider setting up remanufacturing facilities” in Scotland. The organisation would also “welcome suggestions” for company contacts that “would be relevant” to its study.
To contribute to the survey, call the CRR on +44 1296 337 165, or visit its website at www.remanufacturing.org.uk for further contact details.
