SMBs and enterprises to benefit from OEM’s Phaser 3260, WorkCentre 3215/3225 and 4265.

Xerox announced the launch of its trio of new products, which are designed to support SMBs and enterprises in maximising productivity while “keep[ing] costs in check”.

The Phaser 3260 and WorkCentre 3215/3225, both designed for single users or small teams, feature built-in wireless and Apple Air Print, with Wi-Fi Direct also available for mobile printing without an existing wireless network. The devices also offer scan-to-email features, allowing users to convert paper documents into electronic documents easily and email them to recipients.

In terms of print speeds, the devices can print up to 29ppm, with the first page able to be printed within 8.5 seconds. They are also said to produce “consistent, clear text, sharp graphics and enhanced image quality” in resolutions of 4800 by 600 dpi.

Meanwhile, the WorkCentre 4265 is designed for busy enterprise environments, boasting a seven-inch touch-screen user interface and letter-sized printing with easy-to-use copy, print, scan, email and fax functions. It can also work in tandem with Xerox’s Next Generation of MPS, enabling companies to “control their information demands more effectively”.

Further features of the 4265 include scanning speeds of up to 70ipm in duplex; finishing capabilities such as collation, stapling and paper input of 3,240 sheets; copying and printing speeds of 55ppm, with the first copy printed in five seconds; and a Print Around feature, which automatically holds a document missing resources, such as a different paper size, printing the next job in the queue in order to save time.

All three of Xerox’s releases are available worldwide now, with the Phaser 3260 priced at $189 (€149), the WorkCentre 3215/3225 starting at a price of $259 (€204) and the WorkCentre 4265 priced at $3,532 (€2,788).
