Fuji Xerox’ Colour C60/70
The OEM has launched the C60/C70 “light production printer”.
The device is said to offer “professional quality and affordable versatility”, with its capabilities ranging from “basic office functions to high-value colour printing on diverse media”. It can also “enhance organisational productivity” by being capable of “professional finishing to facilitate business growth”, according to the OEM.
The machine is aimed at “any print environment, including quick print shops, in-plant operations, agencies, small businesses and manufacturers”, featuring multifunctional operations as well as the ability to print on linen with the Emulsion Aggregation (EA) toner, which contains “low-melt technology”.
Other features of the C60/C70 are a resolution of 2400 x 2400dpi, print speeds of 70ppm in colour and 75ppm in monochrome, and finishing options including “stapling, hole-punching, folding and face trimming”. Security additions include “holding of print jobs in [a] queue until a password is entered”, and an “image overwrite function” that “automatically erases images”.
