UK-based franking machine cartridge remanufacturer develops mobile laboratory to provide dealers with better assistance.

The company announced that the mobile franking machine cartridge laboratory has been developed to offer dealers “greater assistance than any other supplier” in meeting the needs of their customers, with the lab consisting of a wide selection of Totalpost’s Pitney Bowes and Neopost cartridges, franking machines, and Totalpost’s own testing equipment.

The complete lab fits into a specialist suitcase, and so can be taken all over the world, and has currently been used in France, Germany, and the USA. The company added that it has been “essential” in providing in-depth training to dealers.

Bruce Lenton, Production and Compliance Manager at Totalpost, has been carrying out the training. He said: “The mobile lab enables us to go through real life cartridge scenarios with our dealers and so gives them a much better understanding of the products. This enables dealers to solve customer queries much more efficiently and ultimately to sell more.”

Totalpost added that the service is part of its drive to provide “complete transparency and superior customer support to enable dealers to grow their own customer base. Working with Totalpost allows dealers to provide franking machine cartridges direct from the manufacturer that meet and exceed worldwide postal authority standards”.
