Xerox India appoints Customer Service Director

Anurag Gupta replaces Balaji Rajagopalan as the OEM’s Director of Customer Service Operations, the Economic Times reported.

Gupta has been with Xerox India for almost 30 years and moves from his position as head of Field Service Operations to take up the role. His predecessor Rajagopalan has moved to become the Executive Director of Technology, Channels and International Distributor Operations.

Gupta said: “I look forward to working with the team for delivering better value for our customers and reinforce our position in the market. Xerox Service Operations have been a benchmark for the industry and we will continue to work to further enhance our overall value proposition for our customers and our channel partners.
