Drive Control Corporation (DCC) can now resell the devices alongside Samsung’s full range of business-to-business printer consumables.
IT-Online reports that the new rights grant DCC access to the OEM’s mono and colour single and multi-function printers, the latter of which includes fax and scanning in this case. The distributor also has access to Samsung’s LCD and LED monitors, including 19-inch, 20-inch, 24-inch, 27-inch and 28-inch.
Samsung Business Unit Manager at DCC, Michael Watts, commented: “Our longstanding relationship with Samsung continues to grow as we incorporate additional products into our distribution channel. Our channel can now offer their clients Samsung printers together with consumables, enabling them to develop value-added bundles and services.
He also said: “Furthermore, they will have access to high-quality desktop monitors that offer a variety of screen sizes for users of notebooks and desktop PCs alike. Expanding our range of Samsung products enables us to offer a more complete offering to our channel. Our aim is to grow our market share and reach new markets for Samsung as we drive these products into our channel and reseller base.”
