Priceless Ink & Toner has begun the “Members Ink” programme to reward customer loyalty and referrals.membersink-logo

The Florida-based company revealed that the new programme is a “customer loyalty and referral reward programme” made up of two distinct parts – the loyalty and referral elements.

The loyalty reward programme will give each customer a 10 percent credit on every purchase of a compatible or remanufactured cartridge in a “personal rewards account”, and will be based on the “aggregate dollar value of the products in the transaction”. This dollar amount can then be used “on their next purchase or left to accumulate” in their “personal savings account”.

In turn, the referral reward programme will provide customers with a “personal referral link” that they can give to friends, colleagues or others to join the aforementioned loyalty programme. When the referred customer completes their transaction, both they and the original customer who provided the referral would receive 10 percent rewards into their loyalty accounts.

The “Members Ink” rewards are said by the company to be “based on and calculated on transactions involving products that are classified as compatible, remanufactured or a remanufactured compatible brand”, while earnings are “ineligible” if another discount is used.

Elena Slipatchuk, CEO of Priceless Ink & Toner, stated: “We’ve always valued our customers and their business. We strive to maintain that ‘priceless relationship’ and make our customers’ shopping experience even better by introducing to them the Members Ink programme. We think it will be beneficial for both our customers and us. When you introduce a viable rewards program, your customers will appreciate the benefits and continue to introduce new customers to a company they trust.”
