The software conglomerate has acquired Naverisk Ltd., which provides remote monitoring and management (RMM) software.
ECi stated that the acquisition of Naverisk will allow its service technology customers to “benefit from [a] unique technology offering”. Naverisk is the developer of a remote monitoring and management (RMM) and service desk software solution “designed to help managed services providers (MSPs) and other IT service professionals support their customers more effectively”.
The acquisition, ECi added, furthers its “mission of empowering the entrepreneurial spirit and profitable growth” of SMBs through “expanding its breadth of service offerings”. Both companies decided not to disclose details of the deal due to being “privately-held” buinesses.

Jon Kalaugher, Founder and CEO of Naverisk, will stay on as President of Naverisk, and added: “Naverisk has been growing rapidly since its launch in 2010 and today serves customers in more than 20 countries.
