The chip manufacturer said the chip is the “first chip 100 percent stable” for use in OKI’s C831 and C841 printers.
The company stated that it was “proud to introduce in the market” the chip, which is the “result of a big investment in terms of R&D after [a] lot of claims about the versions available in the market”. The chip comes in four variants for the different colours, with each chip featuring a yield of 10,000 pages.
The chips work in all C831 and C841 machines launched and made available in Europe, and Italeco added that it will “continue to invest [in] chip technologies”. Its new production plant is said to be proof that it can continue to provide customers with “the best solutions in order to be the ideal partner on development of chips for high-profit cartridges”.
