The blade manufacturer has chosen Delacamp to be its exclusive distributor for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Delacamp stated that “with immediate effect” it will have “the exclusive rights to distribute all Kuroki imaging products” in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, such as “the complete Kuroki product line of all drum cleaning blades for laser printers and copiers” including “wiper and doctor blades”. The company added that Kuroki blades are “already widely used in the remanufacturing industry and have enjoyed high acceptance through the quality of the blades and the polyurethane material used”.
In distributing its products globally, Kuroki is said to see the deal “as an opportunity to strengthen its market position” in the EMEA region. The manufacturer has been in business since 1989 and began producing blades in 1991, with over 400 staff and “great effort” exerted in “developing new products”. Kuroki also specialises in polyurethane products including rollers, wheels and squeegees.
Volker Kappius, COO of Delacamp, commented: “We are very happy to have the trust of Kuroki to distribute their products exclusively in the EMEA markets. Our customers demand high quality products and Kuroki blades, which are known for their reliability, are the best blades available to the laser imaging [aftermarket] industry.”
Thomas Spicker, Sales Manager at Delacamp, added: “Kuroki is an excellent company that has built up a strong reputation in the industry due to their good products. I am confident that our partnership will be beneficial for both parties and to all customers.”
