US MPS companies merge

Loffler has acquired Laser Technologies, with the merger set to “position Loffler as one of the top independent managed print dealers”.mps fleet management

In a press release, Loffler stated that it has acquired Laser Technologies Inc., with both companies based in Minnesota. It added that the acquisition “strengthens Loffler’s MPS division”, which already sees “annual double-digit organic growth”, and will allow Loffler to “expand and increase [its] strong position in the Minnesota and western Wisconsin marketplace”.

The deal will also see Laser Technologies’ “team of tenured professionals” move to Loffler’s headquarters, and will “expand Loffler’s sales and service force” as well as “bring a wider range of office technology and services offerings to clients”. Loffler’s partners include HP and Lexmark, and it is an HP Gold Partner, as well as a Canon, Konica Minolta and Toshiba dealer.
