The offering comprises eight monochrome devices and four colour printers, and constitutes the largest product lineup the OEM has brought into the Indonesian market to date.
Liputan6 reported on the product release, with the monochrome printers being the DocuPrint P115w, M115w, M115z, P225d, P265dw, M225dw, M225z and M265dw, while the four colour devices are the DocuPrint series CP116w, CP225w, CM115w, and CM265z.
The machines, which were designed in light of survey feedback from Indonesian customers, feature wireless printing, 2,400×600 dpi resolution, print speeds of up to 30ppm and iOS and Android mobile connectivity. Airprint or Google Cloud Print can be used to facilitate mobile printing, providing “benefits for home users and SMBs using mobile devices such as tablets”.
Customers can also access Xerox’ “world-class” after-sales service, which operates from 124 locations, which the OEM is looking to strategically expand. Xerox is currently working with three distributors in Indonesia: Astra Graphia IT, Harrisama Agung Jaya and Synnex Metrodata, and has a “recently expanded services hotline” for its clients in the region.
