In a press release, Photizo Group noted that it had recognised South African company Green Office as a “leader” in MPS, with Green Office one of “13 independent channel partners” named in Photizo’s 2015 Leaders Index “based on demonstrated leadership in MPS”. The index is “a collection of hand-selected, independent MPS partners from around the world” that Photizo regards as “the gold standard in managed print and document services”.

Green Office states that it is an “independent document solutions provider” that manages printing environments “all the way from supplying materials to recycling and remanufacturing waste product and everything in between”. The company operates in South Africa and has offices in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town, noting that it aims to “make business more efficient and sustainable” for customers.

The index takes into account a range of different “aspects” of how the companies function, including: company and customer profiles; financial and performance metrics; team structures; sales and marketing approaches; service, support and operations metrics; and key performance benefits. The “index of elite providers” from around the world provides a “lens to view the current landscape of MPS”, with chosen partners receiving “no compensation for participation”.
