Van Klaveren ccc_Moves to New LocationThe cartridge collector and its collection brand are moving on 24 July due to growth.

The company, based in the Netherlands, and its collection brand Eeko, are relocating on 24 July to a new location at Slongenstraat 8, Deventer, with operations resuming at the new location from 27 July. It stated that the old location, on Bremenweg in the town, “was too small for the current operation, [and] that’s why we are making a move”.

The new location was chosen because “of the good location” along the highway between Amsterdam and Berlin, with the total floor area available much more at 3,900 square metres and around 8.5 metres high. The company also noted that the new location allows it to have more space for a wide range of operations, including inkjet and toner sorting, warehousing and expedition. In turn, its service departments will have more space for customer service, sales, finance, marketing and management.

Van Klaveren stated that it has “over 20 years of experience in the collection of empty cartridges and used mobile phones”, with collections made in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Scandinavia. In turn, it processes between 300,000 and 350,000 empty inkjet and toner cartridges a month, and donates proceeds from collections to The Monkey Foundation, Cliniclowns, the World Wildlife Fund and “many other charities”.

Lennart Zernitz, the company’s Sales Director, stated that “the success and continued growth of the organisation makes it necessary that we are moving to larger premises”, while General Manager Gerhard van Klaveren added that “this move symbolises the growth and the further professionalisation from Van Klaveren ccc”. The company’s mailing address and phone numbers will remain the same, but the new visiting address is: Solingenstraat 8, NL-7421 ZT Deventer, The Netherlands.
