The toner manufacturer will extend toner production for both monochrome and colour.
Integral stated that it will be “further increasing” its production of Brother-type bulk toners in both monochrome and colour, after the “excellent market response” to its release of a “wide range” of toners for this application earlier this year. The manufacturer added that its “extensive portfolio” of Brother-type toners will help it “provide an efficient response to the increasing demand for toners for the monochrome range”.
Printers that use the monochrome toners include: the HL-L2340, 2360 and 2365; the HL-1650, 2140 2240, 5240, 5250, 5340, 5350 and 5450; and the MFC-7820. It also aims to produce Integral universal colour toner for use in the HL-4150, 3140 and 3040 printers. Having acquired Pelikan’s bulk Brother-type toner business in December 2014, Integral sees the move “as a sign of a successful choice of business partner”.
It highlighted the “proven quality formulas” developed by Pelikan “together with Integral’s strong commitment to always bringing a premium toner to the market”. This is done after the toner has “undergone thorough testing, showing an optimal image density and colour consistency”. The company also added that “for the near future, Integral is preparing the enlargement of the toner range for the remanufacturing industry, including not only for Brother printer applications, but also for Kyocera and HP”.
