Uninet’s Mike Josiah and other technical staff have developed a guide for remanufacturing the HL-3140 series of cartridges.
The colour toner cartridges used in the HL-3140 series are the TN-221 and 225 cartridges, and the HL-3140 range of printers includes: the HL-3140CW, 3150CDN and 3170CDW, and the MFC-9130CW, MFC-9140CDN, MFC-9330CDW, and MFC-9340CDW. The printer engine features speeds of 19ppm and a resolution of 600 x 2,400dpi, while the cartridges feature a reset gear that must be positioned correctly in order for the machine to accept it. You can download the guide here.
The Recycler previously released a remanufacturing guide for black and colour toner cartrridges used in the HP M651 machines (the Colour LaserJet Enterprise M651n, M651dn and M651xh) and M680 machines (the Colour LaserJet Enterprise M680dn, M680f and M680z), which you can download here. You can also download previous guides for the HP Enterprise Flow MFP M880 and M855 cartridges here; the HP Enterprise Flow MFP M630 here; and a guide for the Samsung ProXpress M3320ND machines here.
