The largest manufacturer of aftermarket imaging and components’ new chips are for the HP Pro M252/M277 series.
The new products are for the standard yield 201A cartridge, which has a yield of 1,500 pages for black and 1,400 for CMY, and the high yield 201X cartridge, which has a 2,800-page yield for black and a 2,300-page yield for CYM. Static Control’s Odyssey MPTCOL toner is qualified for use in these cartridges, with components soon to be released.
HP released the Pro M252 printer series in March 2015, updating the popular 1515 application.
