The MPS-inspired business growth solutions suite is launching in October as part of the company’s strategy for “investing heavily in the dealer community” and helping resellers drive revenue “from sales to operations, to marketing”.
Aaron Dyck, Senior Director of Solutions Sales, was interviewed by ENX magazine, explaining how the company will “create landing pages based on the products and solutions they’re [the resellers] selling” and so help drive traffic to their website and “bring in more leads” by capturing those who come to the site.
“We recognise an opportunity to help our customers streamline that approach [MPS] with their business,” the director added.
Partner Pro is made up of four solutions, with the first being a 10-module training platform on how to sell solutions. Second is an online MPS training platform supporting sales reps looking to increase the perceived value of the decision maker toward MPS, while ways to branch out in the more profitable aspects of their offering. Dyck explained that the suite was compiled of content married up with videos and field site sellers, as well as brochures on the value of the MPS proposition, “all accessed through one single site”.
The third component is an eight-module, video-based managed IT sales training platform for mainline reps, showing them how to identify managed IT opportunities.
“Subject matter experts are expensive and we want to make sure the opportunities these folks bring forward are qualified correctly and fit the need of what they’re looking for,” Dyck said.
“We’re agnostic, we want to compliment their back end infrastructure whatever that is, and give them a repeatable training platform across all solution lines that help them go to market and creates continuity within their business.”
The final piece is Inbound Marketing, which helps clients leverage social media as part of their marketing strategy, which the director predicts will reduce sales rep turnover, owing to lack of education, interest and success. The programme allows Digitek to control the reseller’s social media channels, adding content and designing the website.
