Jim O’Connor will be responsible for “management and oversight” of the company’s imaging supplies business.
O’Connor, who previously worked for S.P. Richards Company as Division Vice President, brings “over 28 years of extensive sales and management experience” in the office products industry, and “was instrumental in developing a growth initiative for business products dealers”. At ILG, he will “be responsible for management and oversight” of both operations and the “strategic direction” of ILG’s printer supplies business. ILG also recently hired a Strategic Accounts Manager and an Accounts Manager.
The company stated that his leadership skills and “customer focus” will “serve him well in managing ILG’s daily operations”, adding that O’Connor will “place a strong emphasis on sales revenue growth, as well as leading the entire ILG team to strive for excellence in both service and product quality”. ILG is now part of European remanufacturer Turbon, which recently hired a new Business Development Vice President for the US market.
