OKI to showcase ColorPainter wide-formats

Grand format H3-104sThe OEM will showcase the colour printing technology, developed by the recently acquired wide-format arm of Seiko, at the SGIA Expo, including the H3-104s grand-format printer.

The low-odour eco-solvent printer is debuting at the show, and can print on media up to 104 inches wide, using the eco-solvent SX inks set, MyPRINTresource reported. Also on display will be the M-64s wide-format printer, a 64-inch with production speeds of up to 356 square feet per hour and six or seven colour SX inks.

The W-64s will be displayed at the show, with its “advanced technologies and industrial printheads [..] designed for longevity”. Another 64-inch printer, the device is said to be “easy to maintain”, and offers high-quality output in consistent colour density.

The SGIA Expo takes place from 4 to 5 November in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. OKI finalised its acquisition of Seiko I Infotech (SIIT), a subsidiary of Seiko Instruments (SII), earlier this month.
