CEE printer shipments are down this year. At first I thought this was possibly bad news, but talking to remanufacturers in the CEE region, they see a growth in the 
demand for remanufactured products, and also an increase in printer services and repairs.
Which just reconfirms that the older the printer, the bigger the aftermarket share for remanufacturers.
